I'm not knowledgeable enough on them to know one way or the other.

There wasn't much talk about it when urban was hired but im wondering what the board consensus is as to the level of success he's going to have. It seems like a peculiar move given that I don't think he'll be able to last more than 3 years. He seemed to have really settled into his role on Fox and was really great at it.
