Toss Herro, Robinson (who's walking this offseason anyway), Precious Achiuwa, Iguodala and Meyers Leonard to make the money work, and multiple picks. It's a better offer than the Rockets will get from the Nets, or from most any team that isn't the Sixers if the Sixers offer Simmons (which they shouldn't).

I agree that the Heat should try to get Harden. A starting 5 of Dragic, Harden, Jimmy, Bam, and whoever is the best team in the East, easily.

You just can't deal Bam and actually contend.
