If you're the best shooter in a poor shooting family, that's not a mark in your favor, lol.
He's not an NBA caliber athlete. He's a bad passer. He's a bad ball handler. He's a dreadful defender, worse than Zo at UCLA or Melo in HS. He's just not a good player at the next level. He'd need to develop a lot of skills in a lot of ways. College would have done him well, tbh.
There's a reason Zo and Melo were five star recruits, and LiAngelo was a 3 star, lol. He could try to work really hard and make a career overseas, or in his dad's league if that's still running. And there's nothing wrong with that-- that'd be more than most 3 star HS recruits do.
