Hazard conquered all of France , and Chelsea still purchased him for only 35-40 mil,etc. Havertz has conquered nothing, and aint even worth 50 mil at this point, because he also looks lost with the German squad. A lot of teams identified that, and when Bayern kept increasing the price, trying to milk teams, a lot of teams bounced.......except Chelsea who fell for that bullshit and got fleeced. He had that price tag because he is German. If he were English , he would be no different in price than Grealish, Mount, Fodon, Madison,etc.
