In a vacuum, that sounds like a pretty good pick. I don't watch college basketball, so I'll take your word for it.

Two things that bother me about the pick is that he won't flourish because the Knicks IMO should have gotten a point guard instead of another damn four.

And the fact he's already 22 years old is a glaring red flag for me.

I suppose at number 8 in a weak draft, I shouldn't get too bent out of shape, but I don't know how much of a fit he'll be for my trash ass Knicks squad.
