2722854, this is why I'll hate Tom Brady forever, he's too arrogant to just admit... Posted by ThaTruth, Fri Oct-09-20 03:50 PM
he fucked up.
The was after literally screaming at his teammates for their mistakes a couple of series earlier.
If this was any other QB the narrative wouldn't be as nearly as gentle as it is.
Knowing down and distance is Quarterbacking 101.

2722873, Reads like he admitted he fucked up. Posted by legsdiamond, Fri Oct-09-20 07:12 PM
but yeah, he def thought he had another down or expected a flag since he is Brady and it was 4th down.

2723507, it really doesn't. Posted by PROMO, Wed Oct-14-20 12:01 PM
it reads like he doesn't just wanna admit he fucked up.
like, just say what a million other players who've made similar mistakes have said: "i lost track of the downs."
people go "okay" and just move on.

2723502, He didn’t, and was the victim of a fruitless witch hunt Posted by Tiger Woods, Wed Oct-14-20 11:24 AM
But I get why people so desperately want him to have cheated

2723506, spygate was a fruitless witch hunt? Posted by will_5198, Wed Oct-14-20 11:54 AM
the PSI football thing, yes

2723539, nah Spygate was legit, that's on Bill though not Tom Posted by Tiger Woods, Wed Oct-14-20 10:27 PM
no denying that one, Bill copped to it
Didn't involve Brady at all
|
2723547, its on his legacy... Posted by ThaTruth, Thu Oct-15-20 07:46 AM
>no denying that one, Bill copped to it > >Didn't involve Brady at all
he was the QB isn't part of his "GOAT" status based off those wins they CHEATED for?
|
2723554, it's on his legacy if you want it to be on his legacy, sure Posted by Tiger Woods, Thu Oct-15-20 08:57 AM
But the Spygate facts are
1) it was a Belichick directive
2) Brady knew nothing about it
3) Belichick stated they rarely even used the signals they saw and that it impacted "less than 1%" of their gameplanning
