KD's last game ended with an Achilles tear. That's not a matter of respect, but a matter of medical science, and history says that this is an injury that few come back whole from.
So KD's top 5 spot has to be be earned here, just like Luka's.
That said, I'd slot Harden in that spot. Putting KD over Luka doesn't really hold weight given KD's injury, and Luka's last season. But that's at least understandable.
Putting KD in over Harden is wild to me though.
