A full season with PO ,basically, goes for 7 months, so it’s not a true NBA season. That’s asterisk number 1, and that will get noted as such when it is listed.

It was a micro tournament similar to that of the NCAA tournament, that is what pippen was referring to. There is no other season in NBA history that you can compare this to. You can’t even compare it to the strike shortened season. This was not a true NBA season or true NBA atmosphere.

The NBA did a great job of organizing it on the FLY, and it made for great entertainment, but there are just too many irregularities from top to bottom, for it to be recognized as a real NBA Championship.

The NBA should have just listed it as a special tournament, and went from there. That is where the error really exist.
