and I definitely think Cinci and OSU are related. Teams who don’t play should be treated equally if undefeated. Either move both up or down or don’t move either of them. The committee just can’t leave shit alone. You have undefeated teams scrambling to play someone to rank higher and the typical powerhouse trams just sit pretty while not playing for a month.
