2715801, Christian Coleman provisionally banned for missing drug tests.

He was issued a provisional suspension for a "whereabouts violation". This is his second time dealing with such a violation, and it is beyond hilarious. Everyone knows the rules, everyone. He could receive up to a two a 2-year ban for the infraction, which he should.

This dude missed two drug tests and received a filing failure within a 12 month period.

He had a similar situation last year before worlds, but he got off on a technicality, because his third missed test happened in the following window by a few mins. That's like, what six missed drug tests in the a span of two years?

This guy is beyond doped, and he wants to make a deal to where he can still run in the olympics. He stated that the penalty would be too severe, and that he shouldn't miss out on something he has worked extremely hard for. LOL

You violated rules, so an exception should be made for you so that you can still run?...ok, kid, sure.

A whereabouts violation is a technical violation.

The Coleman thing is exhausting now and it was exhausting last year. I want a doping-free track and field, but it feels like the current dynamic is one where the athletes, the actual workers who provide the sport that entertains us, are getting treated like dogshit without much evidence that this is cleaning up the sport.

We know what the violation is, but he got off from being banned, because the tester showed up like an hour or a minute or something off from the previous window ....It was something like that, so it didn't count as a third missed test.

That was my point, but still, the fact remains, this dude keeps missing tests.

Anyway, my was heat broken when Wilson Kipsang was banned for missing several drug tests. Of all the runners in the world, and his running style and mannerism, I always believed that he was clean. There were never any indications of him doping.....And then the Nike Oregon Project?
