He has no idea what his best starting 11 is, or what his best formation is. He will be given time. He has no trust in his players so he keeps going with the same thing....almost like Sarri

Frank, like Sarri, fails to realize that when you don’t have the players to execute your style of play, you always go with protection. ....4-3–3 or 5-4-1 should have been implemented. Mourinho sucks offensively, but he ain’t going to get lit up by goals. He thinks protection first, and then get goals on the counter.

But if he does not improve his selection process next season, people will start screaming for John Terry.

I personally think when it is all said and done John Terry is going to be the coach at chelsea. I’ll give it 5 years
