They're gonna need to somehow facilitate a mass exodus if they expect to shore up the defense (and goalkeeping) after spending apprx. 100 mil on Havertz. They're going to need to get fair value for Kepa, Barkely, Batshuayi, Jorgino, Alonso, Emerson and probably one of Rudiger/Christiansen/Zouma. Not sure how possible that will be since teams will know they're desperate to unload.
