Pulisic vs. elite wingers (Premier League debut / age-21 season)

Player (year) Age Touch Passes Complete Assists Goals G+A Recovery

Coutinho (12-13)21 62.9 41.9 74.4% 0.48
0.29 0.77 5.70

Hazard (12-13) 22 74.2 52.0 85.2% 0.38 0.31 0.69 5.15

Salah (12-14) 22 64.8 39.6 80.3% 0.18 0.36 0.53 4.68

Mane (14-15) 23 57.8 34.8 79.4% 0.13 0.42 0.55 4.89

Mahrez (14-15) 24 60.7 32.4 73.4% 0.13 0.17 0.30 6.87

Sterling (15-16)21 61.3 39.6 85.3% 0.09 0.28 0.37 5.47

Pulisic (19-20) 21 59.7 35.0 80.6% 0.17 0.45 0.62 3.84

As you can see, touches, passes, completion percentage, assists , goals + assists, and recovery are farrrr superior with hazards first season vs Pulisic.

So please for the love of god, ..just leave hazards name out of it.

And look at the ball recovery numbers: pulisic; 3.84., hazard: 5.15! That deals with

Mahrez, Coutinho and Hazard were just on some other shit as first time players, as the reporter pointed out. And look at Sterlings and Hazard's completion percentage

The best comparison, as the reporter pointed out, is Mane.

so please, really, stop this nonsense. Great young player, and is off to a good start, but again, as the STATS prove, still has a long way to go. It's like people are trying to push that 2+2=5, when we know it equals 4. It's like everyone is trying to force this kids name onto that elite level. Not saying that he will not be elite one day, but just let it happen, and let it evolve. And stop with these overly extreme comparisons that make no sense......as the numbers prove.
