My favorite Sloan moment was when they asked him how he would have fared guarding Michael Jordan when he (Sloan) was in his prime. He said "pretty well considering he was only about 12 years old at the time" or something to that effect. My buddy is a huge Jazz fan and he was literally building a shrine to him, he put together a bunch of his Jazz game-worn jerseys from the era and made a little centerpiece for them. The guy was a fan favorite in Chicago but he was an institution in Utah.
