i'm well aware of MALE on top of white privilege, but this was about sharapova retiring. there are probably at least 5 male tennis players whose earnings pass Serena's, nevermind their conduct which didn't come under the same scrutiny that hers has.
Just not sure why the insistence on bringing that up now when Serena's contemporary was the topic.
