With that guy you don’t know what you’re going to get, so we can’t assume that he wouldn’t gone into the season missing games or quit on the team midway.

Yes I would’ve given serious consideration to cutting him over the frostbite. It just shows incompetency to make a simple decision. He should know to be dressed properly before doing cryotherapy.
