They return their QB and have a solid coaching staff. Utah is a dfensive minded team that plays in a conference not known for defense.
USC and UCLA have a ton of question marks, ASU lost their top WR and playmaker to the NFL, ASU lost its veteran QB to graduation and is not turning to a true freshman QB. Arizona doesn’t look good and Colorado is in rebuild mode.
