The intensity is different....your body knows when it's really on and when it's for play play. He could have eased into it and eventually tried to go half speed and then ramp up but there's no reason he would have had to do anything to rupture it in practice and if anyone feels like that's the case then why the hell would you go hard the first time on the floor in the fuckin game from 0-100.
