Couple of things early on stand out:

1. If, after 15 years, Rodgers really couldn't get over McCarthy being part of the team that selected Smith over him, he needs to grow the fuck up. The pick probably wasn't McCarthy's decision, and Rodgers being pissed that McCarthy said Smith was the better QB, at the time, is childish. What the fuck was McCarthy supposed to say about the team's #1 pick?

2. The stuff about McCarthy missing meetings and trying to coach as a CEO is another bad look. Him skipping meeting to get massages is an extremely bad look. Yeah, coaches have back problems, but schedule the massage for later in the day.
