it seems that the report came back saying that it was big-school football business as usual OTHER THAN THE INCREDIBLY TRAGIC DEATH OF A TEENAGER ON THE COACH'S WATCH
but they were willing to lean on the notion that this is just sort of how football is done at Big 10 schools
