The organization sucks but a big part of the problem is Snyder's interference with the actual football people making decisions.

Snyder doesn't do it as much as he used to but this was the last time I remember him overruling his staff.

If Haskins turns out to actually be decent, it'll be sheer dumb luck that he grew up in DC and went to Snyder's son's high school... bc that's really all Snyder needed to know about him.
