2748162, I'm interested in the leaks Posted by bentagain, Wed Oct-13-21 08:55 AM
Now that that part is over...be gone But it is incredibly interesting ...listening to ESPN refer to Gruden as 'nfl hc'... Like he wasn't an ESPN employee at the time Not to digress, but I think some people missed a major part of the Rachel Nichols story She wasn't criticizing Maria Taylor She was criticizing ESPN ...not the exact quote, but she described ESPN executives as YT male privileged Trump supporters... The Gruden story solidifies that Gruden not only had one of the most coveted sports jobs calling MNF ESPN also gave him his own feature...Gruden's quarterback camp That would fit the brand that Rachel was criticizing Along with having Ryan Smith host Get Up on Tuesday ...but anyway...
Somebody was sitting on these emails What was released to date were during Gruden's time at ESPN Motivation? What is there to gain from this Opportunity? Who could be behind Gain? Who gains the most from this
ESPN is so entrenched with the NFL, I can't see how this benefits the network, or why ESPN would want to do this Obviously, they had the opportunity
The story feels like a rabbit hole, with +600K emails between some pretty big names
Really interested in seeing how the story progresses from here I just hope people don't settle for Gruden being gone Feels like there is so much more here.
