but I believe since he is no longer employed by an NFL team it wouldn’t do much good to fire him from a job he no longer has.. lol
Gruden represents the shield as a current HC. This is why he had to go.
Snyder already fired Allen so what more do you want to happen to him? I’m sure Snyder wants that severance money back.
