I remember either reading or seeing on TV many moons ago that technically all the league owners collectively are Roger Goodell's boss. If that is the case, that might explain why the Snyder family were given slaps on the wrist compared to what happened with John Gruden.

If what I typed is accurate regarding the power structure, it may take the NYTimes or some other newspaper organization to shame the league into revealing more salacious emails if team owners are involved by leaking them since I'm cure the league will want to hide as much dirt as possible.
