and even if a non-Celtics or Sixers team adds a piece or two, I still expect the Bucks to be better. If somehow Bron stays in Cleveland + rebuilds a superteam, I guess then it'd change a bit. If Bron stays in Cleveland and has the same cast, I expect Bucks to be better and/or beat them in playoffs.
