Yeah, America is a funny place. If you got enough bread, damn near anything can be plead out unless you catch a federal case, or someone is pushing hard for the prosecutors to take no prisoners.

Which also makes me wonder why were are not seeing statements from the victims. Unless they are so eager to sue Conor in civil court, which I imagine they are, that they just want a guilty verdict sooner than later? Ina which case, they just got it.
