3rd best team in their conference with nothing to show for themselves other than some sort of career achievement award is pretty high on the offensiveness meter. not to mention losing badly to auburn who got wrecked the following week.

you also had the committee state that there was very little separating teams 5-8...so ok, with little separation and bama stays home while other teams win a conference championship...and in OSU's case defeated an unbeaten top 4 team. seems to me that would swing things one way or the other.

with that said i dont blame anyone for not wanting to see a JT rematch vs clemson. as an OSU fan i dont even want to see that shit.

i wonder if OSU handled business in a more convincing fashion last night (as they should have) would it have changed the outcome today.
