I don't think this is cut and dry.

I'd still have preferred to let the kids cook , rather than the quantum leap method. And everything we're seeing with AD is what I was concerned about.

But... we got that chip. So I can't really argue with that, because that's hard as hell to get. And given what AD was at the time, joining Brawn, you take that deal every time. My only beef was the heavy picks in addition to the talent grab, and as we can see, that's a detriment to improving our roster- particularly with Russ' deal.

There are several facets to this that I think are perfectly valid.
