American goalie that had a season and postseason for the ages and a Slovak captain who played beside a German guy to form an incredible shutdown pair that did a lot for them. Krejci, a Czech, was great for them also.

American captain, American MVP/goaltender and their best player hailed from the hockey powerhouse that is Slovenia. Scuds and Greener were Americans, if anything what stands out to me is how many U.S. players played a prominent role with the Kings. The Devils also had a lot of Americans though obviously they had very prominent Canadians and some Euros as well.
