2517883, What were the issues/criticisms of TOR in his first three years?

way I remember it, they didn't play him alot
bench role
and barely saw tick w/Vince on the floor
the dunk contest gave him shine
and the he 2'd outta TOR
i.e. the issue was TOR not seeing his potential.
