but no one really cares in the big scheme of things if you ain't making the playoffs. Even some teams that make the playoffs don't mean make a wrinkle bc they need to take it to the next level.
If the knicks go 40-42 and miss the playoffs sure it was an alright year but we didn't really accomplish anything.
If we make the playoffs, we can at least write it off as an accomplishment and it probably wouldn't hurt come fagency. Also would be nice to get porzingis some playoff games under his belt.
But us just missing the playoffs can be lumped in the same category of about 6-8 other teams that missed the playoffs but showed some promise.
