of his own way and learn from his past (and current) mistakes. The guy HAS to know that unless you got Tom Brady, you can't survive in the league passing the ball 90% of the time. He had the NFL leading rusher on his team with a LEAD and refused to run the ball in the 2nd half of a playoff game. That is just absurd. His clock management skills are still among the worst in the league. His stubborn nature of sticking to his game plan no matter the early outcome, is detrimental. Or if things go wrong or not to his liking, his immediate reaction is to just pass the ball over and over again regardless of its success rate.

He still does an amazing job of getting the most from his players and he is a creative play-caller, but his weaknesses will always prevent him from reaching the mountain top. It almost feels like he doesn't want to win a SB. I just can't understand how you can make the same mistakes over and over again and literally make no adjustments.
