just said he never heard of that rule either, FWIW.
i mean, it seems a stupid rule to me. like, why would you reward the team that fumbled the ball in those situations. not saying they got it right, but i am saying they might wanna think about ditching that rule...ESPECIALLY since the people who are supposed to know the rules don't even know that rule.
