I'm torn on what would be better.

I see the side of the coin saying you call it an Ironwoman match just like you say Mailwoman if it's a woman delivering your mail.

But something about it also makes it sound 2nd rate when you say ironwoman (patriarchy right?). It's likely just an entire life of women's wrestling being 2nd rate in the WWE that gives me that feeling though and not anything to do with the actual name.
