The Pistons fell off at the point those Bulls teams started to rise and peak so Chuck Daly doesn't count. Keep in mind we're chopping this 6 rings fable on some proper perspective agenda shit.
Obviously, Jordan couldn't get past those Chuck Daly led teams without Scottie Pippen or Feel so salute to Chuck and the Pistons. That entire era had to fall off and leave the Bulls alone as favorites to win titles.
TL;DR Those prime Bulls teams never faced an all-time great coach in conference.
