Its still not "hard" to win the division. You have a 1 in 4 shot of doing so. TJ had a way better team than Boogs and Ryan, yet gets nothing. Being good for 62 games is harder than being fortunate for 5.

I mean regular season conference champs. Personally, I would eliminate division winner money and put it ALL towards regular season champ.
