you started. It was in place your FIRST season (season 4). 2008-2009 season is when it started (6 yrs ago).

That happened the 2 years prior to you (and season 1 with Shawn). Magilla bounced that summer and we created the rule. You weren't here for the design but your first year, you were playing by it's rules which is why you've never offered a 1st rounder to anyone without getting one back.

I haven't micromanaged it...it's been 6 years and I haven't had to do much with the rule because guys respected it's intent. Again, this is the FIRST year since it was established that a first rounder was traded without one being sent in return.
