I thought it was from the first time magilla was in the league and made some ridiculous trades that ya'll established something. I dont remember that happening while i was here.

But that is what you are trying to do now. If you(collective you) didn't want to micromanage when creating the rule, you can't micromanage when it comes to enforcement.
