for the third time this season, sarah panic-added cecil shorts to his roster late on a sunday morning, and once again things have gone horribly wrong. last time, he blew 40 bucks to get taliaferro back. this time he's broke, but i almost want to donate him the rest of my waiver budget to see what he'd do next.
