what is there to "wait" about? That's practically MAX money. The agent doesn't even need to make 29 other phone calls before they say yes to that. Just call the other handful of teams with more cap room than that, ask if they want to pay Chandler more than $15M/yr Y/N? Then when that's done, take Dallas' offer.
