writers made a big deal about the rockets needing him not to get a big offer sheet for them to maintain flexibility
rockets have couple of days to respond but why would parsons 'agree' to this putting rockets in a fucked up situation when they looked out for him on the RFA tip . i'm sure morey had some kind of gentlemen agreement with him
