It's a full-body cutter, basically. He's just spent the match running into you and over you. Now he's going to pick you up like a ragdoll, and then slam you face-first into the mat, while putting his shoulder through your guts. So it's a liver shot PLUS a chin-into-the-mat.
At least it's not powerbomb variation #5,862. Or Zeke Jackson's "Bodyslam you three times."
