College accolades and all that, could he become a top NFL draft pick?

Or would fear cause JaLarry Russell to drop?
2325816, Marcus Vick makes this hard to answer LOL

2325821, was Marcus even KINDA good...I swear I honestly don't remember

.
2325827, Yeah, I can't remember if he was just a moron, or if he was...
Posted by mrhood75, Fri May-09-14 05:39 PM
...a moron without any pro-level football skills.

I am fairly sure Marcus doing all the dumb shit happened before the Michael dog-killing stuff. Is that correct?
2325847, marcus vick was a moron and he was sorry.

Everybody wanted him to be really good.
2325859, he definitely had been kicked off VaTech twice before the dogs

2325842, He could've dev + polished his game enough to be in convo for draft...
Posted by mtbatol, Fri May-09-14 06:12 PM
...but his stupidity nipped him seeing any playing time. Was he even suspended or just kicked off tho? lol
2332581, Of course, people back then were on some "he can throw even
Posted by -DJ R-Tistic-, Fri May-30-14 05:52 PM
better than his brother!" shit
2325860, well he certainly wouldn't be taken by the Raiders, much like Houston
Posted by Bombastic, Fri May-09-14 06:36 PM
was never gonna take Carr even if he was still there in the seventh.
2325862, I could see it happening

In fact it could help him. If his arm talent was in the same neighborhood, all he would have to prove is that he is a football junkie and is allergic to codeine.

But I agree, no way the Raiders would draft him.

As far as David Carr, I think the consensus is that the Texans ruined him with all the sacks early in his career.
