i think big e should drop it to cesaro now though since he's hot & the ic needs legitimacy
have the feud with swagger involve the strap.
right now the midcard looks extremely strong (ring work wise) - cesaro, adr, rvd, mark henry, sheamus, ziggler
all the above mentioned guys should be good filler in between authoritybryan/cenawyatt/shieldevolution
