Darren Barker vs Felix Sturm IBF middleweight title fight--I'm rolling with Sturm, still think he has enough in the tank to take win this fight...should be a good fight all around...

Paulie Malignaggi vs. Zab Judah, 12 rounds, welterweights--total toss up, can't call it...

Devon Alexander vs. Shawn Porter, 12 rounds, for Alexander's IBF welterweight title--I actually think Porter has a shot to win, let's see how it goes down...

Erislandy Lara vs. Austin Trout, 12 rounds, for Lara's WBA interim junior middleweight title--I like Lara, crafty fighter...should be a solid fight...two southpaws...

Guillermo Rigondeaux vs. Joseph Agbeko, 12 rounds, for Rigondeaux's WBA/WBO junior featherweight title--would love to see the upset, just don't think Agbeko can pull it off at this stage of the game...

Glen Tapia vs. James Kirkland, 10 rounds, middleweights--Kirkland is tough, but his lack of activity may cost him, should be interesting...Tapia is no joke...

Agbeko aint fking with no Rigo.

im taking Zab to beat Paulie. He's looked better as of late.
Should be an interesting fight though. Paulie can box.

I got Trout beating Lara, but the inactivity might do him in.

I've watched each fighters last 4-5 bouts and I might watch if the big 10 chip is a blowout before i leave the crib.

Kirklands needs a win, so I'll go with him.

Great boxing weekend though, shit. Wish I had DVR for a night.

Really excited for that Kirkland fight.

Then he went to prison then got knocked out by some Japanese dude. Then I kind of lost track of him

It seems like most of the fights will skew towards chess match and away from slugfest, but I'm interested in most of them...pretty even/appropriate matchmaking across the board IMO. Trout-Lara for example, will probably not be that exciting, but it should be pretty interesting to watch them try to figure each other out.

Speed/boxing skills trump power against the elite competition. If you're saying Anthony is more exciting to watch then I'll give you that but I've seen anything spectacular to say that he's better than Andre.

He basically got shut out by 2 elite boxers in Ward/Calzaghe who killed him w/ counter-punches ....Andre is also a MUCH BETTER boxer than Bute who also beat Bika convincingly.

he needs to fire his entire corner, they damn near got him killed, dude couldn't even open his eyes between rounds at the end there.

Typical no show Zab, brother had so much promise back in the day…Anyway, I picked Paulie cause I knew Zab has that tendency to disappoint. Going back to the days of his fights vs the Spinks kid, where he stunk ish up...

Tapia's corner might have ruined his career

and seeing how his corner handled he rest of the fight we know they didnt plan for more than 30 seconds of that death match.

Think Dirrell got jobbed

I get the sense that the Dirrell brothers always look for the easy way out of fights, always falling/weak and verbally complaining…go out there and handle business, and stop crying….it's like they don't REALLY want to be in the ring….that said, I still think the younger Dirrell should have gotten the nod….Kirkland does sound bad, slurring and repeating himself…Poor Zab ain't never had heart, gotta go back to Brownsville and man-up to losing to pillow hands….lol….

like he heart wasn't in it. Paulie looked fast and his jab was workin. But the fight was just disappointingly one sided

...watched the fight again, and from what I saw, Zab did not have his head in the fight because he quickly found out that he was not fast enough for Paulie...Paulies' movement had him confused, and Zab simply isn't smart enough/trained to make adjustments in a fight...he has shown that inability time and time again...like someone said above, if he had the right guidance in his career, and gotten rid of his father as a trainer earlier in his career, I think he could have been a beast...Paulie thoroughly dissected Zab....

...He's motivated by checks but not to be "the Best" anymore...

I think he's totally fine with "gatekeeper" prospects and the "Barclays Center, 'Farewell Brooklyn'" tour....

That said... Paulie was *QUITE* sharp....
