I remember when I was watching the Knicks a coupel of years ago there was a couple of hilarious videos going around of the Amare defense. This might not be quite as bad, but is pretty embarrassing. Glad this is getting picked up by media (albeit mostly bloggers). Maybe itll be an impetus for change from Harden or getting a coach that will hold him accountable.

but he could at least get to good. He's gotta realize that as your profile grows you can't get away with bullshit like this anymore. Guys come to town ready to attack you, they're giving you their best effort. You think Reddick wasn't hype coming out in the 1st quarter of that game? or Thabo in the game last year? Come on. All that being said I fully expect him to clean this up within the next 2 seasons either because he's getting fried in the media or a new coach demands it.

Personally I don't think he has enough energy to play offense, defense and chase them H-town strippers. Only has energy for 2/3 and we know which ones he's choosing right now. (Not sure I wouldn't make the same choice either, them H-town strippers man)

Wade was the reason why Danny Green was being mentioned as Finals MVP. Don't get me wrong, when Wade makes an effort to play D he can be a one man wrecking crew at times.

dude is probably the best blocking guard ever.

He prefers to play weak-side D or center-field (ball hawk) rather than rotate onto shooter or harass the ball handler. Since he's a guard both are a cardinal sins. It's only when Wade is locked in defensively that the Heats' swarming defense becomes feasible.

Basically he's now known as a bad defender so guys will attack him harder. Right now everytime he's in KK just runs really really fast and he knows harden will give up at some point.

Dude used to be gassed out in OKC when he had to guard Kobe or Wade. His offensive output drastically drops to mediocrity. He needs to layoff that strip club chicken wing from time to time.

He only has the energy to do 2/3 and right now he's shooting at the rim and the hoes.

had he stayed in that role, however as a starter you see him getting exposed. now he can score when he wants however he dribbles too much and and shots reckless at times.

his numbers override the reality at times of his erratic shot selection and ball handling

and i like Harden for the record and the rockets are still a threat to come out of the west.
