You could add Nash and Olynyk from Canada, Bogut and Dellavedova from Australia, Nowitzki and Kaman from Germany, Calathes and Koufos from Greece, Belinelli and Gallinari from Italy, Gortat from Poland, Calderon, Rubio, and the Gasols from Spain...

... that'd make things more even.

12 player roster, imo:

STARTERS:
PG: Rubio
SG: Hayward
SF: Parsons
PF: Nowitzki
C: Marc Gasol

BENCH:
Nash
Redick
Gallinari
Lee
Love
Gasol
Bogut

Reserves, for when Nash/Gasol/Love inevitably get hurt: Calderon, Gortat, Koufos.

If you reeeeeeeally don't want to use non-American fair-skinned players, you'd absolutely need Nate Wolters in there to play the point, and you'd need Cody Zeller in there instead of Hansbrough. But that team has no shot at the playoffs. None.
