It didn't work because its Floyd, but the strategy itself was not to
blame. He did effectively cut off the ring
Oscar did abandon the jab....which seemed dumb at the time,
but he probably did because Floyd is fast enough to counter
a jab from someone like Oscar
Still, Oscar had a good showing overall, was beaten but hardly
outclassed
The best Floyd opponents, in order:
1) Jose Luis Castillo
2) Oscar
3) Miguel Cotto
