I honestly have watched it a few times and the Hartman joke didn't bother me as much the second time, but i just felt it is such a tragic thing to make light of. If it had been a Belushi joke i would be so much more accepting of it because he did it to himself, but Phil's circumstances just seem like it shouldn't be made light of to me.
