Bud was pulled over for no taillights, refused the breathalyzer, got arrested, and blew a .01 hours later. Kidd was carried out of the club, chose to drive, smashed his car into a telephone pole, and ended up in the woods.
Even if you leave out the disputes in Kidd's personal life... that's a pretty notable difference.
